I am so happy to see the Biggs family home in 1915. I am the daughter of RUTH Biggs Atherton, granddaughter of Dr Reuben M. Biggs and Maddie McWherter Biggs. Also my mother had brothers, Dr George Biggs, Herman Biggs , and Homer Biggs. She lived in Villa Ridge IL 62996 after she married my Dad, Hugh Atherton . She took me to Palmersville times to visit my aunts, uncles, and cousins. So happy to see you have a Palmersville Historical Society and are publishing articles and pictures of years past. I was a 1st cousin of Mary Nell Pentecost, and was the age of her dtr ANNE Pentecost. She also had a son Mike Pentecost. Mary Nell’s maiden name was Biggs. Love the picture of the house that includes my mother RUTH in the picture. My husband Mike and I are 80 years and have 4 children, nine grandchildren and 7 great GC!
