C.1955. The older frame building (on right) was used through the 1980 graduating class. It was replaced by a brick building that was in use until 2003. The brick building on the left is the gymnasium. The school and gym still stand (c. 2016) but are abandoned and in disrepair.

I am researching my aunt’s background. To my knowledge, she attended school in Palmersville in 1938. Can you give me any information? Perhaps, a census taken around that time? I’d like to find the house she lived in and plan to visit your area soon. Her name is Catherine Essie Underwood, birth date March 5, 1928. Thanking you in advance for any information!
